Outcome:

  • HY PASS System is composed of an integrated RFID elite status membership card and a mobile app available exclusively to the luxury guest

  • The RFID chip collects, organizes, and processes data and allows the app to anticipate needs and deliver tailored services and solutions based on guest's preferences

  • The HY PASS mobile app provides the guest with a 24/7 personalized concierge who has access to the guest’s specific preferences

  • The HY PASS alerts hotel staff, restaurants, and partner stores upon guest’s arrival

Examples of the HY PASS System: 

  • Hotel limo waiting at the airport

  • Automatic check in with the HY PASS card acting as the room key

  • Recommending partner restaurants, stores, museums, and events based on the guest’s profile

  • The mobile app can make reservations– providing locations and drivers if needed

  • Submitting the guest’s preferences and measurements to partner stores and restaurants and ensure the guest receives VIP treatment

  • Provide personalized shopping assistance for the guest
