HY PASS System is composed of an integrated RFID elite status membership card and a mobile app available exclusively to the luxury guest
The RFID chip collects, organizes, and processes data and allows the app to anticipate needs and deliver tailored services and solutions based on guest's preferences
The HY PASS mobile app provides the guest with a 24/7 personalized concierge who has access to the guest’s specific preferences
The HY PASS alerts hotel staff, restaurants, and partner stores upon guest’s arrival
Examples of the HY PASS System:
Hotel limo waiting at the airport
Automatic check in with the HY PASS card acting as the room key
Recommending partner restaurants, stores, museums, and events based on the guest’s profile
The mobile app can make reservations– providing locations and drivers if needed
Submitting the guest’s preferences and measurements to partner stores and restaurants and ensure the guest receives VIP treatment
Provide personalized shopping assistance for the guest
