UniWish Campaign

Objective: Increase and engage customers from various demographics for UniEuro, an Italian Electronics Store

Outcome: Spreading the UniEuro brand by creating the UniWish social media strategy in hopes of engaging customers through Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram by:   

  • Provide UniWish photo booth kiosks located throughout the stores

  • Allow customers to take free pictures of themselves with their "wish list" item for birthdays, weddings, Christmas, graduations, and other special events

  • UniWish photo booths add special effects to the photo, like mustaches or hats, and UniEuro sends the UniWish photos to the intended recipients

  • Photos and addresses are catalogued and used for future e-newsletters and postings on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram

  • UniEuro collects the information and:

    • Acquires testimonials about different products

    • Tracks popular items based on target demographics

    • Emails recipients related items personalized to each wish list
